Huangchuan County Business Central District organizes recruitment and observation activities for the textile and garment industry
On the morning of April 22, in order to actively respond to the call of the county party committee and the county government, and implement the “About Strengthening the Recruitment of the Textile and Garment Industry to Create a Ten-BillionIndustrial Cluster, we focused on tackling key problems. In accordance with the spirit of the Special Action Plan (Huangban [2021] No. 3), the central business district organized more than 60 people from the jurisdiction to observe textile and garment enterprises in the industrial cluster area.
The team visited seven textile factories including Xingyu Down Products, Shengyu Clothing, and Huazixue Down Products, and learned in detail about the factory’s working environment and production conditions. Every time we visited a factory, the person in charge of the factory concentrated on explaining the entry benefits, salary and benefits, corporate systems, etc., and patiently answered questions for the masses.
During the visit, someone said with emotion, “My hometown has developed rapidly in recent years. It is really good to find such a job in the county. It is not exposed to the sun or rain. Not only can I learn a craft and make money, but I can also Taking care of my family is much better than working outside. I will apply for the job after I discuss it with my family.”
This observation activity has increased the people’s understanding of the policy and increased their willingness to return to their hometowns for employment. The central business district will continue to organize such activities and make due contributions to the county’s creation of a tens-billion-dollar industrial cluster.
