However, four-side stretch pre-treatment equipment and dye vats often cannot correspond one-to-one. Therefore, dyeing factories often have limited production capacity due to pre-treatment links. According to a staff member of a dyeing factory in Jiaxing, their factory has more than 100 dyeing vats and produces a wide variety of fabrics. Among them, they are good at processing four-way elastic. Recently, their factory has had many large orders for four-way elastic, often exceeding 500,000 meters. of. Moreover, only four-way elastic has many orders, and other fabric varieties are rarely seen. If the factory were operating at full capacity, these large orders would not be a problem. So the current situation in the factory is that the pre-processing is very busy, but the dye vat is very idle.
