The regular 50*75 glossy satin is sold at a profit of 0.1 yuan/meter. It is not uncommon to sell inventory at such a low price. However, orders for some satin with elasticity or twist in the factory are still guaranteed. At the end of the year, a customer specified several elastic and twisted fabrics that required tens of thousands of meters of stocking, which were urgently needed after the year. Their factory has not stopped production yet, and is mainly preparing these unconventional fabric products.

Actively move to consolidate customer resources

Customers have the most say on whether a large number of orders can be placed after this year. If you want to guarantee orders, you first need to maintain good customers.

The owner of a weaving factory recently sent a piece of seafood to all his old customers. According to him, they have never sent anything to customers before, but this year is different. First, I would like to thank these old customers for still placing orders with me in a bad year; second, I hope these customers will continue to support me next year.

Many traders in the market also took advantage of the Spring Festival to carry out customer visits and send satisfactory gifts. Of course, gift-giving is not the main thing. Walking around customers appropriately will help customers understand the traders and deepen their impressions. They will be able to think of certain traders when there are orders in the coming year.
