1. Topic content and scope of application

This standard specifies the safety, hygiene and technical performance requirements for oil- and water-repellent protective clothing.

This standard applies to labor protective clothing for on-site operations with frequent contact with oil and water media. Its types of work include drilling and well

3. Terminology

Oil-repellent and water-repellent means that after finishing, the surface of protective clothing fabric fibers can repel and alienate oil and water-based liquid media

quality, so as not to hinder breathability and comfort, but also effectively resist the erosion of such liquids on underwear and the human body.

4. Technical content

4.1 Classification: It is divided into two categories: winter and summer oil-resistant and water-repellent protective clothing.

4.2 Performance requirements: The index requirements for each performance are specified in Table 1.

5.Measurement methods for various performance indicators

5.1 Determination method of oil resistance (using scoring method)

5.1.1 Reagents: The standard reagent ratios for each score are listed in Table 2.

5.2 Water repellency test method

5.3 Washing test method

5.3.2 Washing program: Use medium-speed, weakly alkaline detergent without enzymes and whitening agents, with a concentration of 2g/L and a liquor ratio of

5.9 Dosage period and evaluation method

5.9.1 The wearing fastness requirements are adapted to the following continuous wearing period:
