The customer asked us to use the AATCC127 hydrostatic pressure resistance test standard to perform hydrostatic pressure resistance finishing on polyester fabrics, requiring a hydrostatic pressure resistance of 30cm. Previously, customers could only use Texnology®2 three-proof finishing agent to achieve a height of about 20cm, but the effect did not reach 30cm
Based on customer requirements, our company analyzes the test results and recommends the following application processes to customers:
one. Materials
Fabric: polyester fabric;
Reagent: Texnology®FCB015 carbon six
two. Application technology
Texnology®FCB015 carbon six 3%, one dip and one rolling (pressure: 3kg; rolling residue rate: 65.5%) → drying and baking (160℃X2min)
The customer used the application process recommended by our company to test the polyester fabric. After testing, Texnology® FCB015 carbon six can meet customer requirements, and the fabric’s hydrostatic pressure resistance can reach 30cm. Later, the customer purchased a batch of products from our company for production.
