A Shanghai customer that our company has cooperated with before recently contacted our company by phone to see if we are currently selling carbon six waterproof and oil repellent agents. After some communication, we learned that the customer wanted to give the woven denim fabric waterproof function, environmentally friendly C6, waterproof function level 3 after being washed 5 times and dried.
At present, our company’s waterproof and oil-repellent agents include two series of products, C8 and C6. According to the customer’s requirements, after our personnel tested, evaluated and compared different C6s, we found that C6Texnology® FCB058 has outstanding waterproof function and still maintains good waterproof effect after being washed for 5 times. Later, our company recommended the C6 waterproofing agent Texnology®FCB058 to the customer for testing.
The customer first sorted the woven denim fabric through small samples and medium samples. According to later customer feedback, we said that C6Texnology® FCB058 is effective and can achieve level 3 waterproofing after being washed for 5 times. Finally, the customer purchased a batch of goods from our company for production. Our company won the trust of the customer and established a second in-depth cooperation with the customer.
