Balance of production and supply in each process
The method of balancing production supply is to calculate and balance the feed volume and production volume of each workshop. The production volume of the previous workshop is the feed volume of the next workshop. However, it should be noted that in addition to producing products, each workshop also produces a certain amount of waste and waste, which must be taken into account when calculating production supply. For example, if two spinning workshops produce the same amount of spun yarn, and if the amount of backsplash and waste generated are different, then the feeding amount of rented yarn in the two spinning workshops will also be different. The size of back flowers and scraps varies with the quality of raw cotton, spinning yarn density, temperature and humidity, mechanical equipment, spinning end breakage rate and worker operating level. The categories and quantities of waste and waste in each workshop of the spinning mill are shown in Table 3-24 and Table 3-25. Fiber raw materials have certain hygroscopic properties. During the finishing process, the fibers will absorb or lose moisture depending on the moisture they contain and the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment. However, the moisture regain rate of each process is not constant. Therefore, when calculating the production volume and feeding volume of each workshop, the moisture regain rate of raw cotton, semi-finished products and finished yarn must also be considered. Taking cotton spinning as an example, in order to balance correctly, if a special number system is used, it should be converted into the production volume when the public moisture regain is 8.5%. The balance of spinning production and supply is centered on the spinning workshop and balanced in various workshops at the front and back. The specific method is as follows.
