GD series water jet loom

The GD767 series water-jet loom is a new model independently developed by Shenyang Hongda Fabric Machinery Co., Ltd. on the basis of introducing the Japanese Nissan LW54 water-jet loom design and manufacturing technology and cooperating to produce the GD761 water-jet loom.
Suitable weaving varieties
It can weave light, medium-thick and heavy-duty fabrics of various hydrophobic filament plain weaves, twill weaves, satin weaves and small pattern structures.
Fabric weight range is 50~400g/m2. The linear density of fabric fibers ranges from 4.4 to 46.2tex (40 to 800 denier). Among them, type GD767I is more suitable for weaving heavy fabrics, and GD767IH is suitable for weaving two fibers with large differences.
Shedding device
Flat fabrics can adopt crank connecting rod shedding, and can be equipped with positive cam shedding, heald frames with up to 8 pages, and dobby shedding with 16 heald frames.
The weft insertion device
adopts a water pump and a new annular nozzle to improve the clustering of the jet and the weft insertion capability. Model GD767IH adopts double water pumps for weft insertion, which expands the weaving range.
Warp let-off device
The warp let-off mechanism uses a weight to adjust the tension change, making the warp tension change more stable. The adjustment range from high tension to low tension is wide and easy to adjust. The tension changes smoothly from the full shaft to the empty shaft, and no other compensation device is needed.
Model GD767I and GD767IH can be equipped with an electronic let-off system to better ensure fabric quality.
The winding device
adopts an automatic tension adjustment mechanism so that the fabric can be wound with appropriate tension, and the wrinkle prevention device adopts a rod mechanism.
Length measuring device
The single-jet machine adopts RS length measurement to ensure high-speed operation of the loom, while the double-jet machine adopts ROJ or PAW free length measurement.
Beating-up device
Type GD767I and GD767IH adopt short handles to drive four-link beat-up on both sides, and the lightweight beat-up shaft reduces mechanical vibration.
Operating system
The electrical control department uses PLC or PCC programmable controller as the signal control, calculation and inference center.
It has the remarkable characteristics of precise movement, low early failure and good reliability. The strong electric drive part uses a large number of non-contact components, which can greatly increase the life of low-voltage electrical devices. The weft detection part adopts a design that combines advanced integration methods and PLC analysis and inference, which brings the weft detection sensitivity of the loom to a new level.
Lubrication device
Adopt a reliable centralized lubrication device, suitable for high speeds and easy to operate.
