Shedding mechanism The shedding mechanism adopts an upper-mounted dobby, spring return heald, and 20 heald frames. It can also be equipped with a jacquard machine and can adapt to various plain and weave fabrics made of cotton, wool, linen, silk and various regenerated fibers and synthetic fibers as raw materials. Weaving of twill and jacquard fabrics. The transmission mechanism is driven by a 1.5kW main motor through an electromagnetic brake clutch. The electromagnetic brake clutch cooperates with the electronic control system to accurately control the loom’s start, positioning stop, inching and first weft functions. Weft insertion mechanism The weft insertion mechanism is a double-sword single-side weft supply. The flexible sword belt of the sword transfer box and the clamping weft clamper are driven by the sector-shaped toothed arm to transfer the weft yarn in the center to complete the weft insertion. Beating-up mechanism The beating-up mechanism drives the connecting rod and the reed seat by a bent shaft to beat up. Warp let-off mechanism The warp let-off mechanism adopts positive let-off, with simple structure and easy operation, ensuring uniform let-off and stable let-off tension. The weft selection mechanism adopts a 6-color color selection structure driven by multi-arm instructions. The middle part pulls the color selection lever through a set of horizontal bridges, making the color selection easy and stable to use. Weft Broken Detection This machine adopts a piezoelectric electronic sensor, which is sensitive to broken or missing wefts and shuts down quickly. The selvage device adopts leno selvage device. Lubrication device The main transmission gear train adopts centralized oil supply (manual centralized oil supply and automatic centralized oil supply).
