HGA type flexible rapier loom
The HGA732 flexible rapier loom is a high-end rapier loom developed and produced by Hangzhou Fabric Machinery Co., Ltd. based on the GA731 rapier loom according to the needs of the domestic fabric market. Its characteristics can not only adapt to the requirements of general fabrics, but also adapt to the weaving requirements of extraordinary fibers and fabrics such as industrial fabrics and decorative fabrics.
The nominal width range of this series of looms is 165~460cm. It is the loom with the largest range of door widths in China and the widest weaving door width.
(1) In order to weave coarse fiber industrial cloth, a warp frame and a warp leveling mechanism are configured, and a special false warp beam is installed on the main machine.
(2) For fabrics that require large rolls, such as carpet base fabrics, geotextiles and other fabrics, constant tension off-machine rolling is provided.
(3) For very decorative fabrics with high warp density and warp yarns of different raw materials, fineness and different tensions, we provide upper and lower double warp beam devices and are equipped with electronic let-off devices.
(4) For large jacquard fabrics with wide width and high warp density, a large-load jacquard transmission box and a high-power automatic weft finding device are specially configured.
