LMH321-160 continuous coloring machine consists of two parts: LMH421-160 hot air priming machine and LMH641-160 open-width color soaping machine.
1. Bottoming part
LMH421-160 hot air priming machine mainly consists of two parts: padding and drying. The padding part generally consists of two rollers evenly rolling. For example, if a three-roller rolling mill with a general structure is adopted, two soft and one hard rolls are usually used, with a roll diameter of about 300mm. The soft roll surface material is soft rubber, and the hard roll surface material is stainless steel sheet or hard rubber. 2. Infrared dryer and single-column drying machine
Wet fabrics with padding primer need to adopt non-contact drying and gentle drying, so two rows of infrared drying are used in actual production. Dryer pre-drying. After pre-drying, it is ventilated for a short period of time, and then enters the single-column drying drum dryer to continue drying. This will neither scorch the fabric nor cause dye migration and color differences between the front and back sides.
3. Three-roller color rolling mill
Its structure and use are the same as the three-roller bottom rolling mill. Sometimes a two-roller rolling mill, one hard and one soft, is also used. The padding tank is made of stainless steel sheets, with a capacity of generally 50 to 80L. There is a cooling barrier in front of the tank. Cooling water or ice can be used to reduce the temperature of the color developer. In order to maintain the padding temperature of the chromogenic solution, after the base fabric is dried, it must be ventilated and stacked to quickly reduce the temperature of the fabric surface, and then the chromogenic solution can be padded to develop color. The fabric that has developed the color rolling groove is ventilated through the ventilation roller to fully couple the dye, and then enters the reduction steamer for steaming.
4. Soap alkali steaming box
It is made by merging two flat washing tanks and adding one gram to the top. It steams on the top and cooks on the bottom. The cleaning effect is better.
