Mercerizing machine – straight roller mercerizing machine
The straight roller yarn finishing machine consists of a cloth feeding device, an alkali liquid straight roller dipping tank, a rolling liquid device, a washing alkali removal tank, an alkali removal steam box, a flat washing machine, a drying machine and a cloth discharge device, as shown in Figure 6 -33 shown.
After the fabric passes through the fabric feeding device and the bending roller expansion, it enters the alkali padding tank of the wire finishing machine, and uses the padding liquid in the tank The device and the rolling action between the upper and lower straight rollers allow the caustic soda solution to penetrate into the fabric under the condition of multiple immersing and multiple rolling. Then, after rolling off the excess alkali solution, it enters the flushing alkali removal tank with soft and hard straight rollers arranged up and down. The hot water and hot light alkali solution sprayed in the tank are used to remove alkali, and then enter the alkali removal steamer and flat washing machine to remove alkali.
The straight roller yarn machine has no expansion effect. It uses the fabric to adhere closely to the surface of the straight roller, and relies on frictional resistance to prevent the fabric from shrinking in the weft direction.
So the expansion effect is poor, but it can be double-layered, the yarn is uniform, the equipment occupies a small area and is easy to operate.
In order to meet the requirements of high efficiency, high speed and continuity, when using cloth clips to complete the machine, the following points should be paid attention to:
(1) It must be ensured that the fabric has enough alkali before the cloth clips are enlarged and soaked. Time, increase the diameter and number of cloth rollers, and have good padding and penetration effect.
(2) Appropriately increase the number of shower and suction devices and install a shower amplitude control device.
(3) Improve the material and structure of the cloth clips, enhance the strength of the cloth clip chains, increase the length of the cloth clips and the diameter of the clip disc.
(4) Reduce the wear between the high-speed running cloth clip chain, track and clip disc.
(5) Improve the alkali removal efficiency of the alkali removal steamer and flat washing machine.
(6) Adopt appropriate transmission methods to adapt to high-speed operation and have reliable linear speed adjustment devices and related electrical devices to flexibly and automatically adjust the linear speed between each individually driven unit.
In addition, there are high-speed straight roller yarn finishing machines and cloth clip-straight roller combined yarn finishing machines, which will not be introduced here. A comparison of the finishing effects of several commonly used finishing machines is shown in Table 6-2.
