Tencel fiber processing
Compared with the production process of viscose fiber, the production process of Tencel fiber does not require chemical reactions, and the cellulose molecules avoid degradation caused by chemical reactions. This process is as follows: first, the wood pulp is dissolved in the NMMO solvent, and impurities are removed and filtered; then the dry-jet wet spinning process is used for spinning; then the silk is washed, dried, curled and cut, and at the same time, almost 100% NMMO is The solvent is recovered and reused.
