1. DuPont
T-400 fiber:
It is a double-component fiber made from two different polyester fibers. This fiber has better elastic recovery than previous polyester fibers, avoiding the occurrence of sagging. At the same time, the product also has good shape retention and wrinkle resistance. It is mainly used to make lightweight fabrics and heat-set fiber products.
T-800 fiber:
It is a new type of nylon fiber. It has good elasticity and comfort, good ventilation, and is durable and wear-resistant. It is especially suitable for machine wet cleaning and dry cleaning. It is an ideal choice for outdoor sportswear.
Easy Set Lycra Fiber:
It is a revolutionary new Lycra single fiber with much higher heat resistance than ordinary single fibers. It will improve the unisexual stability, coloring, and softness of the fabric, and it will not be easily deformed, can be bleached, and will not turn yellow.
Tactel Metallics Yarn:
In addition to its high metal content, Metallic’s softness and comfort greatly enhance the application range of this product. The entire garment can be blended with Metallic to increase the overall fabric effect rather than a single partial foil. The application scope of Metallic includes clothing, bodybuilding clothing, sportswear, outdoor clothing, casual wear, general clothing and flat bed knitting.
2. Eastman Company
Copolymer 20110
Copolymer 20110 is spun under the same low temperature and low pressure conditions as polypropylene, which can improve the strength of fiber products, reduce the generation of waste silk, and also prevent pilling and fluffing. This polymer is transparent and has good adhesion to polyester, nylon, acrylic, cotton, wool and glass fiber. End products suitable for using this polymer include filters, PET masks, carpets and glass fiber reinforced plastic semi-finished products.
Eastman fiber
Eastman fiber, whose polymer is PCT, is available in short fiber and filament forms, and can be used to produce spunbond and meltblown nonwovens. The fiber also has a very soft feel and very good resilience after compression, making it especially suitable for making pillows and cushions. It has good hydrolytic stability and can be used in reusable mattresses and laundry bags. Eastman fiber has a low specific gravity and is suitable for making blankets, carpets and saddle blankets. The pile fabrics it produces have small shrinkage, good thermal stability, are easy to dye and are not easy to stick together. The ironing temperature of the fabrics can reach 205°C. (Melting point 290°C), it can also be used to make structural composite materials.
Eastar bio-copolyester
Eastar biocopolyester for fibers and nonwovens completely degrades into carbon dioxide, water and biomass after 12 weeks of effective treatment. It is used in situations where certain characteristics are required that conventional PET cannot provide.
Eastman Polyester – PET series including homopolymers and copolymers. The intrinsic viscosity of PET particles can be adjusted between 0.53 and 0.95dL/g, and raw materials can be selected according to different applications during production, from spunbond, melt-blown non-woven fabrics to high-strength fibers.
Eastman Copolyester – the development of a unique glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate that can be used for bonding fibers and deep dyeing. The intrinsic viscosity of the product is between 0.47 and 0.70. Copolyesters can be used in one-component and two-component binder fibers.
Eastman PCT polyester – the fabric can be used in high temperature and environmental protection, has good performance, and has better softness and resilience. It can be used to produce staple fibers, filaments and spunbond and meltblown nonwovens.
Binder fibers composed of Eastar biocopolyester form strong bonds with many polyesters and celluloses. A two-component binder fiber containing Eastar biocopolyester that is not blended with other fibers and can be spun into fabrics. Depending on the composition, it can be used in agriculture and horticulture as a seed film, as a surface cover to control denudation and seasonal weeds.
3. Trevilla Company
Antibacterial polyester fiber
The current goal of this new fiber is to be used in the production of clothing and bedding. Its antibacterial effect is permanent and will not cause adverse skin reactions. It is said that this fiber can deal with common types and shapes of bacteria, reducing the possibility of their appearance and reproduction
4. American Hills Company
New ultra-fine fiber
This technology uses new component technology to spin island-shaped fibers under ordinary spinneret hole density, with each fiber having 900 islands. This spinneret has 198 holes and the hole spacing is 6.4mm*6.4mm. After sufficient stretching and dissolution of the sea-based polymer, the diameter of the island-based fibers is approximately 300 nanometers. This technology can spin 900 island-based fibers with a dpf of 2. There are many polymers that can be used together, such as polyester for the islands, PVA or polyethylene for the sea. The island/sea polymer ratio can vary from 50/50 to 70/30.
5. BASF
New printing and dyeing auxiliaries-Cyclanon Eco
This reducing agent is used for printing and dyeing of polyester, polyester blends and cellulose acetate, etc. It is more economical than traditional bisulfite reducing agent. At the same time, because the reducing agent is liquid, easy to measure, and can also be used in acidic environments, the printing and dyeing time is shorter, energy consumption is low, water and chemicals are consumed, and wastewater is reduced. Fibers can generally be dyed after being treated with it for 1020 minutes (at 7080°C).
6. Saluzzo Mirog, Italylio silk mill
Mirhon polyester yarn
Using modified raw materials to produce a series of filaments with special cross-sections. Mirhon “glass” yarn (fiber fineness 78-157 decitex) is produced from a very bright polymer. Because of its rectangular cross-section, the brightness is increased.
