Polyurethane adhesive is made of raw materials imported from Germany. It has the advantages of high solid content, low viscosity, good process applicability, strong adhesion, and non-toxicity. It is suitable for aluminum foil (OPA), pretreated polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE) ), polypropylene (OPP, CPP), polyester (PET), polyamide (PA, ONY) films, spray metal films, and cellophane-based two-component solvent-based polyurethane adhesives.

It can be seen that the use of water-based adhesives when laminating fabrics is a general trend. And as the national environmental protection policy becomes more and more stringent, water-based adhesives will achieve explosive development in the past two years.
Application requirements
1. This product can be used directly. In order to improve the adhesion fastness and washing resistance, 3-5% special curing agent can be added, stir evenly and use.
2. This product is suitable for roller coating, blade coating, etc. If the sponge is attached to the cloth, the rubberized surface will be the sponge. The amount of glue applied is 25-40g/M², which can be adjusted according to the requirements of different fabrics.
3. After gluing and bonding, heat press at 150-200°C for about 15 seconds, rewind and leave for 24 hours.
4. If the viscosity of the product is too high, add an appropriate amount of water to dilute it. Make sure to mix evenly after adding water.
5. The glue with curing agent should be used up within 4 hours for better results. Leaving it for too long will affect the fastness and washability.

If the product sticks to the skin, wash it with water and soap. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water. If serious, seek medical attention.
Storage and transportation
This product should be transported in well-sealed packaging to avoid extreme heat and cold environments. The storage temperature in winter should be higher than 0℃.
