Silver-coated Oxford cloth (coated Oxford cloth) has PU and PA silver glue. It refers to coating the surface of the fabric with a layer of silver-white glue to make the fabric have the functions of shading, sun protection, radiation protection, and waterproofing. It is generally used in curtains, tents, and clothing. However, PU silver-coated fabrics have better elasticity and better fastness. For tents and other fabrics that require high water pressure, PU silver-coated fabrics are better than PA silver-coated fabrics.
Printed Oxford cloth is a process based on Oxford cloth using printing, embossing or jacquard methods to turn it into a beautiful patterned fabric. Printed Oxford cloth is a woven cloth with a post-printing finishing treatment, similar to a coating layer. There are many printing methods. The current mainstream printing methods include screen printing, roller printing, thermal transfer printing, jet printing, etc.
Composite Oxford cloth is to bond two or more materials to obtain a two-layer or multi-layer composite material. In this process, the most important thing is the compounding machine. After adding glue to the equipment, the material can be compounded with very little manpower. The heating system of the equipment can increase the temperature of the glue, which is more conducive to the bonding of materials.
