Reactive dyeing subtractive color method 10 processes of color correction (for reference only)
1.In the first five compartments of the reduction soaping machine, the flat washing tank , respectively add 1 g/L and O to boil, and then wash flat, usually 15% shallower.
2. In the first five flat washing tanks of the reduction soaping machine, add 1g/L flat O and 1mL/L glacial acetic acid respectively. After running the machine at room temperature, the orange color can be reduced by about 10%. .
3. Pad 0.6mL/L bleaching water in the rolling tank of the reduction machine, over-steam the box at room temperature, do not drain the water in the first two compartments of the washing tank, wash in the last two compartments with cold water, and in one compartment with hot water. After soaping and boiling, the color can be reduced to 20%. The concentration of bleaching water is different, and the depth of peeling color is also different. The color will be slightly wilted after the bleaching water is peeled off.
4. Use 27.5%
Mix 10L of hydrogen peroxide, 3L of hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, 2L of 36°Bé caustic soda, and 1L of 209 cleaning agent into 500L of water. Steam in a reducing machine, then add O and soap to cook until the mixture is 15% pure.
5. Use 5-10g/L soda soda, steam to peel off the color, wash with water and boil with soap, the color can be 10-20% lighter, and the color will turn blue after peeling.
6. Use 10g/L caustic soda, steam to peel off the color, wash with water and boil with soap, the color can be 20%-30% lighter, and the color will be slightly darker.
7. Use 20g/L sodium perborate to steam and peel the color, which can make it 10-15% lighter.
8. Use 1-5L of 27.5% hydrogen peroxide in the jigger dyeing machine, run 2 lanes at 70°C, take samples, and control the hydrogen peroxide concentration and number of lanes according to the depth of the color. For example, run 2 lanes for dark green. It can be light to about 10%, and the color will not change much.
9. Put 250mL of bleaching water into 250L of water in the jigger dyeing machine, and go through 2 channels at room temperature to peel 10-15% shallower.
10. In the jigger, you can add O and soda ash for shallow stripping.
