Dosage: about 5%-6%. If the requirements are high, the dosage ratio can be increased appropriately.

PH: 5.0-7.0, which can be adjusted with acetic acid. The three-proof finishing agent has better finishing effect in acidic environment.

Rolling rate: 70%, the pressure of rolling should not be too great,

Drying: 110-120℃ two-section oven, after three sections the humidity will be above 185℃

Rolling speed: about 30 yards/Min, not too fast;

2. Precautions:

1. Impurities on the fabric must be removed before finishing, such as wetting agents, coloring aids, slurries, softeners and other surfactants. The residue of silicone defoamer will significantly reduce the oil repellency, thus affecting the oil repellency. Three-proof (water-repellent + oil-proof + decontamination) effect;

2. In order to avoid affecting the finishing effect, mechanical finishing such as rolling, electric finishing, etc. must be carried out before baking and solidification, while steaming and steaming processes should be carried out after baking and solidification to achieve better results. The fleece and suede processes must be processed before finishing.

3. Suggested formula

DuPont three-proof additive 50g/L

Glacial acetic acid 1 g/L (adjust appropriately according to pH value, optional)

Penetrating agent WDN 1-5g/L (for high-density difficult-to-penetrate fabrics, not used for cotton fabrics)
