Zhejiang:

Jiaxing Region: Received an emergency notice from the government on June 16. Due to excessive antimony in the Taipu River, the local dyeing factory limited production by 50%. We need to wait for notification when normal production will resume; Hangzhou Xiaoshan started in 2017. Measures such as closure, relocation, mergers and reorganization will be implemented, and by around 2021, the number of printing and dyeing enterprises in the zone will be reduced to 19.

Jiangsu:

First, coal-fired boilers were rectified and eliminated in Changshu, Wujiang and other places, and many dyeing factories were investigated and shut down. In the middle of the year, due to the Taipu River incident, the production of dyeing factories was suspended twice.

Fujian:

Due to the impact of the BRICS Summit in Xiamen in September, Fujian Province has intensified environmental protection efforts. It is reported that many dyeing factories in Quanzhou and other places have reduced production or closed down. In addition, Shishi Wubao District has suspended production for more than a month since May 11, and only announced the lifting of production restrictions on June 21.

Guangdong:

Starting from June, the Guangdong Environmental Protection Team will be stationed in 9 cities to carry out 18 rounds of special inspections on air and water pollution prevention and control for a period of 9 months. At present, many illegal dyeing factories in Shantou, Jieyang and other places have been investigated.

Shandong:

At present, many places in Linyi and Binzhou, Shandong Province are stepping up the transformation of coal-fired boilers. Boilers with a capacity of less than 10 tons per hour need to be eliminated. Some dyeing plants are now unable to maintain normal production due to failure to meet standards during early rectification.

Hebei:

Due to the construction of Xiongan New Area, Hebei has become a key area for environmental protection inspection this year. Most printing and dyeing companies in Gaoyang County, Li County and other places are in a semi-closed state.
