1. Contact the sales staff to obtain the Teflon hangtag application form.

2. Customers need to provide the following information to Huntsman Technical Service Center

(1) Send fabric samples for testing: 1M×1 width for each color

(2) Fill in the corresponding quality certificate application form (one for each color)

(3) Fill out the hangtag application form

(4) Your company’s purchase and sale contract for fabrics and workwear (copy)

(5) Invoice (copy) of Teflon additives

(6) Mail the information to Huntsman Technical Service Center

3. After passing the test, Hengsmao will issue a quality certificate and place a hangtag order. If the test fails, a new sample fabric needs to be provided. The test will be completed within 5 working days.

4. After passing the test, a hangtag will be issued.

The test report issued by Huntsman is valid for 45 days from the date of issuance. If the customer applies for a hangtag after 45 days, the sample fabric test needs to be resubmitted.
