1.2.2 Process flow

Plan No. 1: Finishing agent after one dip and one padding of the fabric (padding rate 70%, pH value 4~5) → pre-drying (drying at 100°C) → baking (180°C × 40s)

Plan No. 2: Fabric padding with citric acid 5-10g/L (pH value 5~7) → drying (drying at 100°C) → one dip and one padding finishing agent (padding rate 70%, pH value 4~5)→Pre-baking (100℃ drying)→Baking (180℃×40s)

It can be seen from the above table that all indicators of the finished fabric are higher than the tag requirements, and the product feels soft, dry and non-rough, does not affect breathability, is non-toxic, non-pollution, non-carcinogenic, does not contain chlorine and other substances , does not affect the color finish and dyeing fastness, and does not need to be repaired after finishing. After passing the test, Teflon three-proof tags can be used.

4.4 Notes

(1) The pH value of the finishing fabric is slightly acidic, do not use alkali, and the impurities must be clean and free of residual wetting agents, slurries, softeners, cleaning agents, surfactants, etc.

(2) The washing of fabrics after coloring should be strengthened, which is beneficial to the removal of impurities from the fabrics.

(3) The barrel and rolling trough of the setting machine must be rinsed clean, and the finishing agent should not come into contact with silicone softeners.
