Recently, anti-mosquito finishing agent technology has been introduced. Its name is EULAN “Youlan”
The chemical composition of anti-mosquito finishing agent is as follows:
Recipe:
Mosquito finishing agent Eulan SPA 01 70 – 100 g/l
Mosquito-specific resin Baypret Nano PU 60 – 80g/l
Craftsmanship:
Padding (with liquid 75-80g/l) – Drying (100C for 2 minutes) – Baking (140C for 3 minutes)
Note: Clean the cloth surface and make it neutral.
Eulan SPA 01 is the main anti-mosquito agent, and Nano PU is an agent used to improve the durability of finishing and improve the feel. Usually, the amount of Eulan SPA 01 remaining on the cloth determines the finishing effect. Therefore, the prescription dosage should be adjusted for different fabrics and finishing methods.
It is recommended to make samples of different fabrics and test their permethrin content.
