This year, 53 (times) fabric workwear companies have received financial subsidy funds of 2.0732 million yuan for electricity bills, and 5 companies have received special funds of 7.46 million yuan for pre-job training and new employment for fabric workwear companies. , 31 companies received 34.2135 million yuan in special subsidy funds for the autonomous region’s fabric workwear industry in 2015 (freight subsidies, loan interest subsidies, use of real estate cotton, etc.). The autonomous region has pre-appropriated 21.4374 million yuan of fabric workwear industry subsidy funds for Urumqi City in 2016 and has been allocated to the relevant district (county) finance bureaus. The recent funds will be allocated to enterprises by the relevant district (county) finance bureaus.
In addition, in order to reduce the production costs of fabric workwear companies, the Urumqi Municipal Economic and Information Commission actively coordinated with relevant departments and actively recommended our city’s companies to enjoy the autonomous region’s special electricity price policy for fabric workwear companies. As of the end of October, the goal of adding 17 new fabric workwear companies to enjoy the low electricity price subsidy policy in 2016 has been completed ahead of schedule. At present, 58 companies have been included in the “List of Fabric Workwear Industrial Enterprises Enjoying Extraordinary Electricity Price Policies in the Autonomous Region”.
