Shaodong Home Textile Enterprises: Make every effort to focus on production and strengthen confidence to promote development
On February 1, in the production workshop of Wangjia Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wangjia Agriculture) in Huxingshan Village, Niumasi Town, Shaodong City, Hunan Province, “China’s Good Man” and Chairman of Wangjia Agriculture Liu Honghui is instructing employees to rush to produce a batch of bedding that is urgently needed for delivery.
With the new year and new atmosphere, Liu Honghui introduced that the company has further expanded its production scale this year, established a new management team, and introduced senior technical workers from Shanghai. After injecting new strength into the team, the company’s output can triple this year. At the same time, he also recruited a professional sales team and provided 50% of the profit dividend as an incentive to ensure that annual sales exceeded 30 million yuan.
“Our four newly recruited skilled workers are very good at craftsmanship and speed. Based on piecework, they can earn over 10,000 yuan a month.” Liu Honghui said that their factory provides food and accommodation. As long as the employees are willing to work, they can make it for a year. Save a lot of money.
Talent is the greatest productivity. Wangjia Agriculture had no worries about orders last year, but its output couldn’t keep up, so it had to find other factories for OEM work and turned down many orders. Since there is no sales team and no new customers are developed, the orders are all from old customers, so there is still a lot of potential to be tapped in market development. This year we plan to build a new workshop, expand production scale, and further explore the foreign trade market. Liu Honghui said, “Last year, partners from India and several other countries planned to come to our factory to inspect and discuss cooperation. However, they were delayed due to the epidemic. This year, we plan to make efforts in foreign trade.”
At the beginning of the new year, the 2 million yuan subsidized loan applied for by Liu Honghui’s company from the bank will soon be disbursed. In the next stage, he plans to further promote the corporate brand, develop the e-commerce field, and sell products overseas by establishing the company’s Douyin account.
“The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to ‘improve the social security system and care service system for persons with disabilities, and promote the all-round development of the cause of persons with disabilities’. As a disabled entrepreneur, I should be more motivated to achieve outstanding results.” Submit a satisfactory answer to society.” Liu Honghui said with confidence.
Liu Honghui, 49, is from Huxingshan Village, Niumasi Town, Shaodong City. In 1992, he was unfortunately involved in a car accident. His right hand became disabled, his left ear became deaf, and he owed more than 100,000 yuan in debt. Faced with setbacks, Liu Honghui did not give up. With the care and encouragement of his father and fellow villagers, he went out to do business and accumulated wealth. In 2015, he returned to his hometown and rented 70 acres of land, established Wangjia Agriculture, and built a bedding processing factory, specializing in the research and development of bedding, cotton processing and production, and bedding sales. Last year, Liu Honghui’s company’s annual output value reached 21 million Yuan, which helped 32 people from more than 10 families with disabilities become rich together.
“I am over 60 years old and disabled. It is inconvenient for me to go out to work. I have been working in Liu Corporation for more than ten years.” Liu Wangcai is a disabled person and a household that has been lifted out of poverty. He said gratefully that this year there were elderly people at home. He wanted to take care of Xiao Yao, but he couldn’t work full time because he was afraid that his boss would disagree and wanted to resign. Considering that his family had no source of income, Liu Honghui specifically approved to let him work in his free time to subsidize the family.
In order to help more people with disabilities get rich together, Liu Honghui innovatively proposed the “Double Hundred Project” project, which plans to build 100 hospitals in Shaoyang City to provide services for people with disabilities from 2023 to 2025 Employment‘s caring store for the disabled recruits 100 small, medium and micro enterprises as the “Double Hundred Project” production base, leading more than 100 disabled families to get rich together, make the real economy bigger and stronger, and serve local economic development.
