In the past few days, cotton purchase and processing enterprises in Jinghe County, Xinjiang have stepped up preparations for cotton purchase, implemented financial guarantees, and strictly inspected equipment, laying a good foundation for the smooth progress of new cotton processing and purchase this year.

Recently, in the production workshop of the ginning factory of Daheyanzi Town of Jinghe County Yutai Cotton Co., Ltd., workers are busy installing and debugging the sawtooth gin. The equipment maintenance work of the fine cotton production line in the factory has also entered the final stage. .

Zhang Mingshan, the company’s safety manager, said: “We have been overhauling the equipment since June and have replaced all old parts. We have rechecked the machine in the past two days to ensure that the machine can operate normally during ginning. .”

Jinghe County Yutai Cotton Co., Ltd. has two ginneries under its jurisdiction, with a total annual purchase of seed cotton of 60,000 tons. The acquisition this year is expected to take one and a half months, and the processing period is about three months. At present, all production line equipment has reached the conditions for seed cotton processing and production.

Yan Liping, general manager of the company, said: “In order to ensure the smooth progress of cotton acquisition and processing, the company has invested more than 500,000 yuan this year for equipment maintenance and fire protection facility renovation. The Jinghe Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank has approved a 400 million yuan acquisition loan. Ensure that during the cotton purchase process, the cotton is sold on the same day and the cotton payment is received on the same day, and the interests of cotton farmers are effectively protected.”

This year, the equipment maintenance of 30 production lines of 25 cotton purchasing and processing enterprises in Jinghe County is nearing completion. Cotton purchasing funds and purchasing personnel have also been prepared. It is expected that scales will be opened to purchase new cotton by the end of September.
