A salesperson from the dyeing factory also revealed: “This year, the factory has not received many imitation memory orders throughout the year. There are not as many as before, and they are gradually decreasing. This year, they are mainly from the T400 series, replacing imitation memory.”

The characteristics are not as good as T400 fabrics

T400 not only has the memory function of imitating memory, but also has elastic properties. It integrates the two fabric properties into one, and is naturally widely used in the clothing industry. In terms of price, according to the current market price, for example, 75D imitation memory gray fabric is 2.5 yuan/meter, while 150DT400 cool silk cotton gray fabric is only 3 yuan/meter. The price difference is 0.5 yuan/meter, but you can buy gray fabric with better performance. Designers are more willing to choose T400 fabric.

Of course, there are also some low-priced garments that are subject to cost constraints and can only use low-priced low-end fabrics. There are thousands of kinds of fabrics in the textile market, and there are also lower-priced jacket and cotton fabrics, such as polyester taffeta and pongee. At present, high-density polyester taffeta and pongee gray fabrics are only more than 1 yuan per meter. For example, 300T pongee is only 1.5 yuan/meter, which is 1 yuan different from 75D imitation memory. In particular, the e-commerce season in the second half of the year will be dominated by market orders, as buyers will be more inclined to use lower-priced polyester taffeta and pongee fabrics instead.
