Imitation Law

This method is often adopted in the pattern design of colored fabrics. 1. Imitation of Bar and Grid Shapes There are two situations for imitating the bar and grid shapes of samples. (1) Products with equal number of warp threads per reed. If each new product is a 2-pack product, or a 3-pack or 4-pack product, the methods for imitating the sample bar shape and grid shape are respectively. ①Contrast method: This is a simple imitation method. When imitating, you only need to select a piece of finished cloth that has the same technical specifications as the product, place it next to the sample to be imitated, take out the sample and cycle through the pattern, and then The arrangement order of each color in the pattern cycle is compared with the finished fabric. Just write down the number of finished fabrics corresponding to the strips and grids of various colors. Using this method to imitate the bar and grid shapes of samples is simple and accurate, and the finishing coefficients of the products in each finishing process can also be ignored. But there must be product cloth that meets the specifications before this method can be adopted. ⑨ Ratio method: The specific working steps of this imitation method are as follows: a. Note down the arrangement order of the flowers in the sample and the number of roots in each color. b. Calculate the ratio of the warp density of the product (finished product density) to the warp density of the sample, and the ratio of the weft density of the sample to the weft density of the product. c. The product of the ratio and the number of roots of each color in the sample is the product-flower arrangement number. If there are decimals, they should be corrected. Example 9 The technical specifications of the imitation product are: the linear density is 28tex×28tex, the density is 303 threads/10cm×260 threads/10cm, the finished yarn-dyed fabric has a width of 91.4cm, and the density of the sample is 362 threads/10cm×236 Root/10cm, find the imitation bar shape. A flower arrangement is shown in Table 4-8. Use ratio to imitate bar and grid shapes with high accuracy. For products that require a square grid shape, when correcting the one-flower arrangement and counting, it is necessary to consider whether the increase or decrease in the number of roots of each color can meet the requirements of a square grid shape. The sample results are shown in Table 4-8. ②Measurement estimation method: This method is generally used when imitating cardboard samples and large grid samples. a. Measure the width of each color within the sample, accurate to 1mm. b. Multiply the width of each color by the finished product density to find the number of pieces of each color. c. Correct the calculated number of warp and weft yarns. When adopting this imitation method, the measurement must be accurate, otherwise it will affect the imitation effect. At the same time, when correcting the number of warp and weft yarns, the square shape of the product must also be taken into consideration. Example 10: The linear density of the product is 13tex×13tex, the density is 422 strands/10cm×267.5 strands/10cm, the finished product has a width of 91.4cm, and the grid shape is as per the paper pattern. The imitation results are shown in Table 4-9.
