Drawing roving and spinning processes
In the carding system, the number of process passes for drawing and roving must follow the “odd number rule”, that is, the number of equipment passes between the carding and roving processes should be configured in an odd number, such as “two drawing passes and one renting yarn”. Since the majority of back-bent hook fibers in carded sliver are (about 50%), after adopting the “odd number rule”, many back-bent hook fibers can be straightened during drafting on the spinning frame. Rotor spinning generally adopts two drawing processes. In order to improve the yarn quality of polyester-cotton blended chemical fiber fabric yarn, a polyester pre-drawing step is often used to reduce the weight unevenness of the polyester strip, improve the accuracy of the blended chemical fiber fabric ratio, and improve the straightening and parallelism of the fibers in the polyester strip. . After the cotton sliver is combed, short lint and knots can be removed, and the fibers can be straightened to make the yarn clean. Then the polyester sliver and cotton sliver are mixed in three steps to ensure sufficient mixing and the “two-in-one” process is used to color the fabric. Sometimes the process of “three drawings and one roving” is adopted in order to achieve sufficient mixing. Spinning is the last process of yarn, that is, the spinning machine applies a certain draft to the fed roving, lengthens and thins it to the required linear density, and adds appropriate twist to make it have a certain strength and elasticity. At the same time, the fine sand is wound and formed according to certain requirements to facilitate transportation, storage and finishing of subsequent processes. Through the above-mentioned processes, multiple drafting and U-turn drafting are performed. The bundle fibers are separated and straightened, and twisted into yarn. At the same time, after multiple mergers, the uniformity of long sliver segments is improved. Blended chemical fiber fabric products can also improve the levelness of the product because the fibers are fully mixed.
