Line density deviation
Due to process, equipment, operation and other reasons, there will be a certain deviation between the linear density of the actually produced spinning yarn and the required spinning yarn. The actual linear density of the tube-spun yarn is called the actual linear density and is recorded as Tta. The linear density of the finished product specified in the production tasks of the spinning factory is called the nominal linear density, which generally must comply with the nominal linear density series specified in the national standards. Nominal linear density is also called nominal linear density. Denoted as Tt. In the spinning process, taking into account factors such as bobbin elongation and strand twist, the tube spinning yarn density determined to make the finished yarn linear density comply with the nominal linear density is called the design linear density, recorded as Tts. The linear density deviation of spinning yarn is generally expressed by the weight deviation △Tt, and the weight deviation △Tt is also called the linear density (number) deviation. The calculation formula is: If the weight deviation is a positive value, it means that the actual linear density of the spun yarn is greater than the nominal linear density, that is, the spun yarn is thicker. If the package yarn (fixed weight package) is sold, it will not be used because the length is too short. It is beneficial to users; if the hank yarn (fixed-length package) is sold, it is not conducive to production due to the heavy weight. A negative weight deviation is the opposite of the above situation. If the linear density of the spinning yarn brought into the formula (2-10) is the metric count, the result is called “count deviation”. If the linear density of the spinning yarn brought into the formula (2-10) is the denier number. , the result is called “denier deviation”.
