Electrical weft detection and electric weft detection are combined with single-chip microcomputer to control the electrical system. The weft detection has high sensitivity and good working reliability.
Shedding device: Flat fabrics can adopt a single-sided crank four-link transmission mechanism, the heald frame has 6 pages more, and the dobby shedding can be equipped with 16 heald frames.
The weft insertion device adopts a plunger water pump and a new annular nozzle to improve the clustering of the jet and the weft insertion capability.
Warp let-off device adopts a let-off mechanism with a heavy hammer to adjust the tension change, making the warp tension more stable. The adjustment range from high tension to low tension is wide and easy to adjust. The tension changes smoothly from the full shaft to the empty shaft, and no other compensation device is needed.
The winding device adopts an automatic tension adjustment mechanism so that the fabric can be wound with appropriate tension. The wrinkle prevention device adopts a rod-type cloth pressing mechanism.
The length measurement device adopts RDP length measurement or ROJ electronic weft storage length measurement method.
The beat-up device adopts double-side drive four-link beat-up.
Lubrication device adopts tank oil bath lubrication and multi-point lubrication.
