Ocean export operation process
If you want to entrust packing, the freight company will ask the cargo owner for the packing method. (1) Packing at the factory (the shipper provides the factory address) (2) Packing at the warehouse (the freight company provides the warehouse address to the shipper) 3. The freight company asks the shipper for customs declaration information.
Booking
The freight company provides the cargo information to the shipping company and the shipping company determines the price and makes the booking to the shipping company. After receiving the booking, the shipping company will inform the ship name, sailing date and bill of lading number.
Making boxes
1. Making boxes in the warehouse
The freight company notifies the warehouse of the ship name and bill of lading number. Rent a letter of introduction and go to the shipping company’s container yard to pick up the box, and the box will be made after the cargo owner delivers the goods.
2. Box making at the factory
After the freight company picks up the box, it will make the box according to the factory address provided by the shipper.
Customs declaration Loading
Customs declaration after the container is collected at the port; the shipping company loads the container onto the ship.
Unloading
The shipping company unloads the containers to the dock.
Notification to pick up the goods
The shipping company notifies the person who picks up the goods to pick up the goods.
Customs clearance
The person who picks up the goods clears the goods to the customs.
Exchange order
The person who picks up the goods exchanges the bill of lading with the bill of lading.
Picking up the goods
