FYT flexible towel rapier loom
The FY728T flexible towel rapier loom is a towel rapier loom designed by Hangzhou Fabric Machinery Co., Ltd. based on the HJ728 flexible rapier loom. It is adapted to the weaving of cotton yarn terry and realizes three-weft bumping. Can weave towels, bath towels, etc.
The shedding mechanism adopts a top-mounted electronic dobby (modified from GT221 type), a spring return heald box, and a mechanical towel jacquard machine, which can also be equipped with an electronic jacquard machine.
The weft insertion mechanism adopts four connecting rods plus a small eccentric connecting rod to drive the sword transfer box to realize the transfer of the weft yarn center.
Beat-up mechanism The beat-up mechanism adopts four-link beat-up, which realizes beat-up through the crankshaft, hand and reed seat. The beat-up of the pile is achieved through the lifting shaft installed on the reed base foot to achieve the beat-up of the raising reed to form the pile.
Warp let-off mechanism Upper let-off: The upper let-off mechanism is controlled by a variable frequency motor, and the movement of the wool yarn probe rod is fed back to the frequency converter control through a sensor to achieve stable tension control of the yarn on the towel. Lower let-off: Adopts outer station-type gap let-off, and the feedback system of the tension rod achieves stable tension control.
The coiling mechanism adopts worm gear pair and pawl pair transmission to realize gap coiling.
The weft selection mechanism adopts mechanical 6-color color selection, which is directly controlled by the dobby machine or jacquard machine.
Stop-feed and roll-stop mechanism This machine has a stop-feed and roll-stop mechanism, which can realize the conversion of fluffing and flat cloth weaving and the weaving of forged towels.
The multiple of dense weft is 1 to 6 times. The stop of feed and roll is realized by the signal electromagnet provided by the opening mechanism.
Electrical control This machine is controlled by PLC with reasonable software and hardware configuration. The control of the towel rapier loom is completed through frequency converters, sensors, contactors and other electrical components. It has the advantages of advanced technology, complete functions, reasonable structure, good stability, and beautiful appearance.
