LL type flexible rapier loom
LL681 flexible rapier loom is a new generation of high-performance rapier loom developed by Wuxi Longli Machinery Co., Ltd. on the basis of LL381 and LL481 flexible rapier looms. It is easy to operate and simple to use and maintain. It has a solid structure, good fabric quality and high output.
Suitable weaving varieties Suitable for weaving cotton and cotton and chemical fiber blended chemical fiber fabrics. It is very suitable for high-end yarn-dyed fabrics and fine wool fabrics. It is the first model of the domestic yarn-dyed industry to produce high-end fabrics.
Loom structure This model adopts cast wall panels, and the breast beam and back beam adopt welded parts. The structure has good craftsmanship and the base is channel steel, thus forming a very strong and stable rigid frame, which provides high speed for the loom. The foundation has been laid for smooth operation.
Weft insertion system The weft insertion system adopts a more optimized cam curve, making the weft yarn transfer more stable and gentle, and the weaving efficiency is higher.
Beat-up mechanism The beat-up mechanism adopts a double-sided conjugate cam drive method. The optimized cam curve ensures the smoothness and sufficient beat-up acceleration of leisure beat-up, with good fabric style and high beat-up tightness.
Opening mechanism The opening forms are flexible and diverse, and can be equipped with 2650/GT405 electronic dobby or GT412 mechanical dobby. There are also pedal openings available as an option. The cam opening structure is simple, the dobby has wide adaptability, and the variety can be changed quickly and easily.
Warp let-off mechanism The warp let-off mechanism adopts Hunter structure, double adjustment, let-off and take-up linkage, and can also be equipped with electronic let-off and take-up.
Coiling mechanism The coiling mechanism adopts mechanical coiling or electronic coiling. Mechanical winding can obtain various weft densities by simply changing the gear combination, while electronic winding can weave all kinds of unusual fabrics, such as fabrics with varying weft density.
The weft selection mechanism is equipped with eight-color electronic weft selection or two-color mechanical weft mixing, and a separate edge-twisting device. The edge-twisting and fold-in edge devices can be configured as needed to meet the needs of the fine wool industry.
Control system The loom is equipped with six software programs and automatic weft search, which can effectively solve the problem of starting up and stopping due to warp and weft breakage.
