CXW forming wire loom
The CXW550 forming wire loom is a heavy-duty dobby loom designed by Shijiazhuang Fabric Machinery Co., Ltd. based on the digestion and absorption of foreign products and combined with my country’s national conditions. This machine is used for weaving single-layer and multi-layer polyester nets for papermaking and other industries. Polyester monofilament is used for warp and weft, applicable range is 0.10~0.75mm. The weft density range is 40~520 weft/10cm. Effective width 6m, 9m. High speed 40r/min, continuously variable speed. The motor power is 29.3kW. The machine weight is 30t, 38t. The overall dimensions are 6m wide, 10000mm long x 6800mm wide x 2800mm high; 9m wide, 13000mm long x 6800mm wide x 2800mm high. The main wall panel adopts ductile iron structure and is divided into two parts. The main drive adopts double-motor double-head coaxial transmission, each motor has a power of 7.5kW. The weft insertion mechanism adopts hydraulic shuttle picking method, weft feeder and weft tension uniform compensation mechanism. The shedding mechanism adopts a double dobby structure, the dobby movement adopts cam control, and the heald frame is 16 pages. Beating-up mechanism adopts a multi-section crankshaft mode. The crankshaft is forged from No. 45 steel and has strong beating-up force. The coiling mechanism adopts positive three-roller coiling. The coiling rollers are seamless steel pipes and are covered with rubber skin. There are two types of let-off systems: double-beam electronic let-off system and double-beam negative let-off system. The surface of the torque motor rolls up the net, and the coiling roller is a seamless steel pipe; the whole machine adopts a regular centralized lubrication system; the machine is controlled by computer programming and has a high level of automation; the machine does not provide an air source part, which is taken care of by the user.
