The role of gray fabric inspection report
The blank inspection report should have two functions. First, after reading the report, we can preliminarily infer whether the quality of this single natural color cotton fabric can meet the finishing requirements of a specific order. If there is any adjustment, it must be fully based on the bleaching, color, and The depth of flowers or colors should be used in different grades to reduce quality losses; secondly, responsibilities should be clearly defined for major problems detected in the blank inspection report, and returns, replacements or other reasonable requests can be made to the blank supplier in a timely manner to reduce the risk of natural cotton fabrics. Existing quality problems bring quality risks to printed and dyed finished products.
If traders only order printed and dyed finished products from the printing and dyeing factory, that is, the blanks are usually packaged by the printing and dyeing factory, there is no need to pay attention to the quality of natural cotton cloth. Problems in production include quality issues with natural cotton fabrics. Printing and dyeing factories will handle them themselves without having to contact traders. Traders only need to accept the quality of finished dyed and printed fabrics in accordance with the contract. If the trade purchases natural cotton cloth by itself and sends it to the printing and dyeing factory for finishing, which is usually called blank finishing, it is necessary to pay attention to and inspect the quality of the natural cotton cloth.
When the printing and dyeing factory discovers quality problems with the customer’s blanks through blank inspection, it will promptly report to the customer, and send the blank inspection report together with important defect samples to the customer for confirmation. If it is a general problem, the trader will agree to continue the blank production with the printing and dyeing factory and record the problem; if it is a relatively major quality problem, the trader will contact the blank supplier and sometimes go to the blank inspection site with the supplier. Inspect the goods and then decide on the solution.
During the blank inspection, it was found that the physical indicators of the natural cotton cloth include effective width, yarn count, warp and weft density, and strength. Questions about the weight per square meter and other indicators should also be noted and should be carefully checked to prevent errors in the specifications of the incoming blanks. For light fabrics, pure cotton poplin and other varieties, if you want to use sanding finishing, you must pay close attention to the strength data of the natural cotton cloth, because once the strength of the natural cotton cloth is lower than the normal value, the strength of the finished fabric after sanding finishing is likely to be Failure to meet customer requirements.
