The National Chemical Fiber Standardization Working Conference and the 2022 Annual Meeting of the National Chemical Fiber Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC586) were recently held through an online conference. The meeting summarized the standardization work of the chemical fiber industry in 2022, clarified the work plan arrangements for 2023, and shared the topic on the issue of chromaticity and color difference of colored fibers.

Wang Dantao, chairman of the National Chemical Fiber Standardization Technical Committee, said that following the issuance of the “National Standardization Development Outline” in 2021, the revised “National Standards Management Measures” will also be officially implemented on March 1 this year. In this context, the technical committee should play its role as a “processing workshop”, steadily and orderly carry out the 2023 annual standard review meeting and standard promotion meeting, and at the same time increase cooperation and exchanges with relevant international and regional technical organizations to enhance the internationalization of standards. level. In addition, it is necessary to further strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into national standards, and accelerate the transformation of advanced and leading group standards into national standards.

According to Li Deli, secretary-general of the National Chemical Fiber Standardization Technical Committee, in 2022, the chemical fiber industry will add 1 new national standard, 14 industry standards, and 10 chemical fiber association group standards; apply for 8 national standards, 2 foreign language versions of national standards, and industry standards. 21 items of standards were issued, and 16 items of group standard plans of the Chemical Fiber Association were announced.

In 2022, the National Chemical Fiber Standardization Technical Committee completed a total of 20 standard reviews, 4 national standard reviews, 8 national standards, 21 industrial standard plan project applications, and 4 planned project defenses. Li Hongjie, deputy secretary-general of the National Chemical Fiber Standardization Technical Committee, believes that it is necessary to strengthen the development of basic standards and method standards, strengthen the development of important product standards, strengthen the formulation of green manufacturing standards, pay attention to the construction of energy-saving and carbon-reducing standard systems, and strengthenIntelligent manufacturingStandard formulation is the key direction of future industry standardization work.
