Fujian Municipal Supervisor: Random inspection of 40 batches of apparel products found 3 batches unqualified
Recently, the Fujian Provincial Market Supervision Administration website released an announcement on the results of provincial supervision and spot inspections of industrial products-clothing quality (Issue 014, 2023).
According to the announcement, recently, in accordance with the “Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China” and relevant product standards and random inspection details to clarify the items, the Fujian Provincial Administration for Market Regulation organized provincial supervision and random inspections on the quality of clothing products of manufacturing enterprises. A total of 40 batches were randomly inspected this time, of which 3 batches were unqualified, and the unqualified discovery rate was 7.5%.
Companies with unqualified samples include Houxiu Co., Ltd., Jinjiang Hongri Socks Co., Ltd., and Quanzhou YalinNew Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
The Fujian Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau to deal with the unqualified products and their manufacturers in accordance with the law.
